We sometimes offer properties on new developments which have either been repossessed or discounted for quick sales. We will only offer these properties from reliable sources where we know the developer or vendor.
Due to the credit crunch very little development has continued in Spain over the last two to three years as developers have not been able to build properties at prices below the peak values. Many of these developments have been repossessed and new developers have now acquired them at far cheaper prices, allowing them to build and complete the properties at much lower prices. These new prices can now be passed on to the investor saving them at least 30%, and possibly more.
Now is a good time to invest off-plan again. Why?
- Developers are willing to give very good discounts off-plan to secure some early sales.
- We can obtain as much as 30% below peak values and in some cases, even more.
